Negative: After check-out, the owners tried to charge extra by claiming there was damage. We left the apartment clean, cleaned everything, and even washed the dishes.
About an hour after we left, they sent a photo of a towel with stains that we did not use. They did not even try to wash it and are asking for more than €50 for a regular towel, which is unreasonable.
Also, when we checked in, there were women’s hairs in the bed linen. I travel often for work and stay in many places, but I have never experienced this before.
