Positive: Helle, insgesamt freundliche Wohnung
Negative: Dezentrale Lage, vom Bahnhof nur über langen Umweg erreichbar. Einrichtung der Wohnung z. T. noch nicht fertig (Bad). Internet und TV funktionierten nicht.
